East Central Community Col– lege saw its playoff aspirations come to a screaming halt Thursday night as itfell42-35 to Co-Lin in a tightly contested MACJC South Division showdown at Stone Stadium inWesson. Trailing 21-14 at the start of the second half, East Central (2-6) got Blake Matherne hooked up with Zack Pendleton 42 for a 24-yard touchdown pass. The Wolves (7-1) answered on running back Montrell Connor's 6-yard scoring run but the PAT failed.
