ECCC \vinners

Place Third In ECCC Warrior Golf Classic The Chancellor team took third place honors in the championship flight of the eighth annual East Central Community College Warrior Golf Classic held June 25 at Philadelphia Country Club. They scored a 54 on the par 72 course. Team members Included (from left) Heze Chancellor and Kyle Chambliss, both of Louisville; Van Chancellor of Baton Rouge, La., and Robert Tranumof Louisville. Twenty-four teams participated In the four-person scramble, which is sponsored by the College's Alumni Association and serves as a fundraiser for student scholarships. Approximately $8,300 was raised in this year's event, according to tournament coor– dinator Stacey Hollingsworth, executive director for foundation and alumni rela– tions. ECCC serves Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties.
