SUBMITIED PHOTO Jordan Gunn (left) of Forest is the 2009 recipient of The Aaron Ron Davis Memorial Scholarship presented during t he AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held July 16 at East Central Community College in Decatur. Gunn, a returning sophomore at ECCC, is a graduate of Lake High School. Established in 2006, the scholarship honors the memory of the longtime ECCC science Instructor who also served as divi– sion chairman. Also pictured is -Patti Davis, Ron's widow. More than 90 scholarships totaling approximately $70,000 were awarded at the annual event, which recognizes donors and recipients of various scholarships. AT&T has sponsored the scholarship appreciation luncheon since 2003.
