ECCC student nets tuition prize

dressed for the Halloween occasion as ''Uncle Fes– ter'' from "The Munsters" and Smith donned a refer– ee's uniform. Smith will receive free tuition- val– ued at $700 - for the spring 2009 semester for making the shot. The event is held to showcase the college's basketball teams.
