These Eas1 Central Commumty College students won first-place honors in the Parliamentary Procedure competition at the National Phi Beta Lambda leadershtp Conference held 1n Atlanta. Seated. fro111left. are Laura Pearson of LOUISVIlle and Leslie Nash of Union; and standing, from left, are Dr~w Harrison of Uttle Rock, Josh Dickerson of Umon and Carlos R1ce of Louisville. Nash also finished fifth in Local Chapter Annual Business Report, and D1ckerson and Rice fimshed seventh in the Small Busrness Management Plan competition. The ECCC students - members of Theta Chi Chapter -captured first-place honors for the first time at the national contest and were recognized for w1nning more honors than any Mississippi chapter. Theta Chi also received the prestlg1ous Gold Seal Chapter Award.
