RECEIVES VINCENT SCHOLARSHIP: Lacey Gilmore (left), a 2008 graduate of New– ton County High School, is the recipient of the Amo and Ruth Carr Vincent Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. The scholarship was established in 1999 1n recognition of the former Presrdent and First Lady of the College who served from 1953-1962.
