Receives Boswell Scholarship Nanih Waiya High School graduate Halley Moody (left) is the recipient of the 2008 Earnest Har– rison Boswell Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. The Boswell schol– arship was established In 2006 by Mr. Boswell's wife and children to honor his memory.
