RECEIVES HUMMEL SCHOLARSHIP: East Central Community College sophomore Shardae Foley (left) of Hickory 1s the recipient of the 2008 Martha Kate Tullos Humme scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. This scholarship was endowed by Mrs. Humme··s husband, Don (pictured at right), and their sons in 2006. The award was presented during the College's annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation luncheon held Thursday. June 12. in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria.
