RECEIVES BEEMONSCHOLARSHIP: Newton County High School graduate Racheal Addy (left) is the recipient of the 2008 T.T. Beemon Scholarship at East Cen– tral Community College in Decatur. The Beemon scholarship was established in 2001 by T.T. Beemon, ECCC Class of 1937, and h1s wife, the former Mary Emma Fancher.
