East Central Comm1111ty College sophomore Brooke DoYe (left) of Sebastopol Is the recipient of the Jeff and Kathy Hltt Memorial Scholarship at East Central Community College In Dec:.atw. Established by family members In2003, this scholarship honors the memory of Jeff, who was serving as Work-Based Learning Coordinator at ECCC at the time of his death, and his slstef Kathy, who was an adolescent at the time of her death.
