RECEIVES PHILLIPS SCHOLARSHIP: Kyle Ethridge (center). a 2008 graduate of Newtor County High School, is the 2008 recipient of the Charles P. and Bonnie Saxon Phi ps Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. This scholarship was estaotished in 2005 by Mr. and Mrs. Phillips and was presented during the Col– ege s annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday. June 12. in Mabry Memonal Cafeteria. Representing the donors are Charles and Glenda Malone.
