Several members of the East Central Community College Workforce Development Staff are recovering from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon on the Hwy. 25 bypass north of Louisville. Three staff members- joey Kenna of Forest, Roger Whitlock of Union and Lucretia Williams of Lena, received the most serious injuries of the eight passengers traveling in the college-owned van when it was struck by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle- a late model pickup truck- was not injured, according to reports. Kenna, who was first transported to a Louisville hospital, was later sent by air ambulance to University Medical Center in Jackson where he underwent successful surgery Friday night. He was admitted Saturday night and is expected to be discharged from the hospital by mid-week. Whitlock and Williams were first sent to a StarkviJie hospital and later transported to UMC by land
