Bands Thomas W. Carson says he is excited about his 26th year at the helm of the Wall 0 ' Sound band pro– gram and the diverse show they will present during the 2007 marching season. "We are revisiting some of our favorite field tunes from the past," Carson said. "This year's halftime show will include everything from the hard driving rock sound of Ted Nugent to the ever popular theme from 'Mission: Impossible.'" As the band prepares for another fast-paced season of entertainment, Carson said the entire band staff has been "instrumental" in the contin– ued success of the ECCC program. ·~ssistant band director and per– cussion instructor Jared Brownlee will again showcase the ever-popular drum line, composed of the highest talent in the area," he said. "Dance line instructor Nichol Hillman's Centralettes will shine and dazzle halftime with their high energy rou– tines and Ricardo Robinson's color guard will again prove why he is one of the most sought-after instructors in the state!"
