East Central reports enrollment increase

A slight increase in enrollment is reported for the 2007 fall semester at East Central Community College in Decatur, accord– ing to Donna Luke, direc– tor of admissions, records and research. Luke said 2,482 students are registered for fall classes, an increase of 81 students or 3.4 percent, compared to the 2006 fall term. Included in the 2007 total are 1.689 academic stu– dents. 659 technical stu– dents and 134 students enrolled in career pro– grams. She also noted that 1,952 students are enrolled
