Receives GED diploma Monte Isaac of Philadelphia is shown receiving his high school equivalency diploma from Dr. Phil A. Sutphin, president of East Central Community College, during the College's 11th annual GED Graduation ceremony held July 17 on the Decatur campus. Issac was among 45 graduates who were honored at the special ceremo– ny. At right is Joe Killens, vice president for student services. Adult Bas1c Education and GED Preparation classes are provided through the College's Office of Adult and Continuing Education. Classes are held at various locations in the ECCC district, which includes Leake, Neshoba. Newton. Scott and Winston counties.
