Scholarship recipient Joshua Huffman (left) of Carthage is a recipient of the 2007 Mississippi Association of Supervisors Scholarship presented at East Central Community College. The award was announced at the College's annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation luncheon held earlier this summer on the Decatur cam– pus.
