Receive Merchants and Farmers Bank Scholarships Deandra Graham (left), a 2007 graduate of Philadelphia High School, and Tyler Hansford (center), a 2007 graduate of Union High School, are the recipients of the Merchants and Farmers Bank Scholarships at East Central Commumty College m Decatur These scholarships were established in 1998 and are awarded two Neshoba County seniors. The awards were presented during the College's annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday, June 14, in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria. 1!
