RECEIVES VINCENT, SCHOLARSHIP: Candi Vance (left), a 2007 gradu· ate of Newton County High School, is the recipient of theArno and Ruth Carr Vin· cent Scholarship at East ~entral Community College 1n Decatur. The scholarship was established in 1999 in recognition of the former President and First Lady of the College who seNed from 1953·1962. The award was pre· sented during the College's annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday, June 14 in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria.
