RECEIVES LONGSCHOLARSHIP: Amanda Hines (left) a 2007 graduate of Newton County Academy, is the recipient of the William Wade Long Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. Dwight and Ga I right) Long endowed the scholarship in 2006 in memory of their son. The award was presented during the College's annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday Jl.lne 14, in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria.
