RECEIVES LOWE SCHOLARSHIP: Dons Fnth (left) of Decatur is the 2007 recipient of the Edwin and Marie Lowe Scholarship at East Cefltral Community College in Decatur. The scholarship was established 1n 2002 by the children of the Lowes in honor of their life and work.
