RECEIVES TODD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP: Jonathan Federick, a 2007 graduate of r it>vvton County High School, is the recipient of the Dustan Todd Memorial Scholarship at Et s Central Community College. Established by family members in 2006, t11e scholarship tl·_trlors the mc,rnory of Dustan Todd. who was killed in a motorcycle accident on April 28, ··~004, just prior to his graduation from East Central Community College.
