Receives Boggan Scholarship Neshoba Central High School graduate Spencer Dickerson, center, is the recipient of the 2007 Dr. Austin P. Boggan Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. The Boggan Scholarship was established in 1998 by family and friends of the longtime Decatur physician .
