Matthew Graham (left), a 2007 graduate of Louisville High School, is the recipient of the Hud– speth Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. This scholarship was estab– lished in 1998 by Mr. and Mrs. Henry B. "Bubba" Hudspeth. Mr. Hudspeth was a longtime mem· ber and former president of the ECCC Board of Trustees. The award was presented during the College's annual AT&T Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday, June 14, in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria..
