Receives Harrison Memorial Scholarship Andrew Harrison (center), a 2007 graduate of Newton County High School, is the recipient of the Harrison Memorial Scholarship at East Central Communit\ College in Decatur. This scholarship was established by friends of Ricky and Janean Harrison of Little Rock to honor the memor) of their children. Crystal and C.J., who were killed in an automobile accident in 1993.
