The Warriors wrapped up their spring football drills last vVednes– day \Yith a spirited workout as players on both sides of the football learned new schemes. ''I thought we had a good, posi– tive spring and the kids had a good attitude,., ECCC coach Terry Underwood said. "We put in the changes we made on offense with our two-back set and learned our new base defense. We moved some people around and tried to find the fit for some players. We didn't get anybody hurt and had some decem contact.'' Underwood said he was assum– ing the play-calling duties on offense, taking over for Mike Volar– vich after two years of experiment– ing with the spread offense. Then on defense the Warriors went back to an old scheme as new assistant head coach Steve Cheatham will be the defensive coordinator. See ECCC, Page 2B
