Lyle receives W illiams scholarship The Carthage Culture Club recently awarded the 2007 Vivian R. Williams Scholarship to Lauren Lyle, right. The $500 award was presented to Lauren by president Bonnie Beth Ingram, at the club's annual luncheon. She recently graduated from Carthage High School and plans to a ttend East Central Community College and Mississippi State University with a major in Secondary Education and a specialty in chemistry. Lauren is the daughter of Debra Buffington and Paul Lyle of Carthage.
