Local Students awarded UWAScholarships

UVINGSTON, Ala.-Two local students were recently awarded Trustees Scholarships to attend The Uni\'ersity of West Alabama in Livingston. These awards, which are based on academic achievement and proven leadership potential, come from the UW A Office of Admissions. Joy L. Hewitt of Union earned a $!,000 academic transfer scholarship. A student at East Cen tral Community College, she plans to major in biology. Marsha Hall Payne of Philadelphia also receives a $4,000
