EC's Boler, Boatner chosen WilliamWinter Scholars East Central

William Winter Scholars are chosen by their respective institutions as the most outstanding faculty members, administrators and students in the field of humanities.
Community College English instructor Tanya Boler of Conehatta and sophomore Angela Boatner of Philadelphia were recently selected 2007 William Winter Scholars and were recognized with other honorees at the 18thAnnual Natchez Uterary and Cinema Celebration Boler, who joined the ECCC staff in 2002, holds an associate's degree fromECCC and received bachelor and master's degrees from Mississippi State University. Boatner, a 34-year-old nontraditional student, has maintained a perfect 4.0grade point average while majoring
