The scholarship will be presented to a sophomore who has maintained a 3.0 grade point aYerage and demonstrates a need for fmancial assistance. Member s of the 1964 graduating class of East Central Community Col– lege in Decatur have endowed a schol– arship for qualified sophomores to con– tinue their education at_the two-year institution. Class members established the schol– arship at their 40th class reunion in October 2004. and recently endowed the award, which requires a minimum $10.000.
