The public is also invjted to· attend the free event, which is scheduled from 9 to 11 :30 a.m. in the Brackeen-Wood Phys1cal Education Building. Harris added he is also pleased with the response from the student body in attending the event, which last year attracted about 500 students and numerous off-campus visi– tors. "Our students have expressed how much they enjoy meeting the vanous vendors and learn– ing more about the employ– ment, Nlucational and military ppportunities available throughout Mississippi," Har– ns stated "In addition, the vendor" have indicated to us how much they have been

pleased with our students. So this event is obviously a win– win situation for all con– cerned." Although an exact total is not available, Harris said many East Central students received Jobs as a result of last year's EXPO, and several made decl– sions on where they wanted to continue their education. Vendors who have signed up for this year's event include AFLAC, Community Bank, Eaton Aerospace, ESCO Corpo– ration, Hoi-Mac Corp., Hurst Review Services, La-Z-Boy South, Jackson Police Depart– ment, Mississippi Dept. of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, Primerica Financial Services, The Citizens Bank, The Taylor Group, Tower Loan Corpora-
