Recipients of the 2005 Mississippi Association of Supervisors Scholarships at East Central Community College In Decatur Include (seated from left) Megan Winstead of Neshoba Central High School, JustJn Hunter of Sebastopol High School and Anthony Loper of carthage High School. These scholarships were established In 1996 by the state assodatlon of supervisors and rotate alphabetically by county each year. Representing the donors are Harold K. Reynolds (standing left), President of the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors, and Joe Any Helton (standing right~ President of the Leake County Board of Supervisors. The awards were presented during the College's annual Bell South Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon.
