Contests scheduled in September with Copiah-Lincoln. Jones and Pearl River will be held in October. The re\ ised October schedule has East Central playing home matches with Pearl River at I and 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12; Mcndian Community College at 9 and II a.m. on Saturday, October 15; Gulf Coast at 1 and 3 p.m. Tuesday, October 18: and Co-Lin at 2 and 4 p.m. Thursday, October 20. Road contests are scheduled with Co-Lin at 1 and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Octobcr4; Jones County at I and 3 p.m. on Friday, October 7; Pearl River at 2 and 4 p.m. Monday, October I 0; and GulfCoast all and 3 p m. Coach Kenneth Thompson said practice has also resumed for team members who were called to duty as members of the Mississippi National Guard. "Jason Lopez (Forest) and Wesley Haggard (Neshoba Central) were involved in the reliefeffort but are now back in school and practicmg with the team, although Jason is still on acti ve duty at nights in Forest. They both spent time on the Coast with the food and water reliefefforts," Thompson said.
