Bankston receives Williamson· Chisolm Scholarship to ECCC Kyle Bankston (left), a 2004 graduate of Sebastopol High School, is the recipient of the Jones andCarrie Williamson and Bascom and Hattie Chisolm Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur.
