Cleveland receives McCann Scholarship to ECCC

Clancy Cleveland (left), a2004 graduate of Umon High School, is the recipient of the Russell McCann Memorial Scholarshipat East Central Community College in Decatur. This scholarship was established by family and friends in 2001 to honor McCann, afor· mer EC student and football player who died in acar accident that same year.
