Included in the total are those who completed degree requirements fol– lowing the 2003 summer and fall terms, according to Dr. Lavinia Sparkman, Vice President for Instruction. Those participating in the program included Kimyatta Viverette of Lake, who gave the invocation; Amy Warner of Louisville, who presented the keynote address and Cyrus Doe of Liberia, West Africa, who gave the benediction. In addition, the East Centr al Community College show choir,Acicents, presented Rodgers and Hammersteinis ·iYouill Never Walk Alone! for the musical selection. ECCC President Dr. Phil A. ECCC Hall of Fame Honorees East Central Community College in Decatur recently observed its annual Awards Day ceremonies where numerous students were honored, including six students who were named to the Collegeis Hall of Fame, the highest honor pre– sented at the two-year institution. To be considered for this honor, students imust demonstrate exemplary character, superior scholarship, worthy leader– ship and contribute to the betterment of East Central Community College,i according to Dr. Phil Sutphin, College president.
