ECCC set for homecoming festivities Special to the Record

A rettred math professor and a former librarian are among alumni and college personnel being honored when East Central Commu– nityCollegeholdsHomecom– ing activitiesSaturday, Oct. 9 on the Decatur campus. Dr. John G. Holling- sworth, a Newton County native who served from 1967 to 2000 on the math faculty at the University of Georgia, and Ann Hunter Burkes of Decatur, who spent 32 years as ECCC's librarian, will be recognized as the College's Alumnus and Alumna of the Year, respectively, at the annual Alumni Association
