His most notable skill. r think. is that ofstimu– la!ingand involving students in the class. Also. his em– phasis on learning for its own sake rather than for grades is quite admirable in my opinion... \\'hen he re– tired from teachmg, the University of Georgia es– tablished the J. G. EC. Dr. Hollingsworth re– plied : "Wow! EC was blessed with wonderful people; wonderful class– mates; and a wonderful, helpful and caring but tough faculty!" He further stated: "East Central served me extremely well. It was al– most as if someone saw me coming and tailored the school specifically to meet my needs.
