He will be a''valuable addition"to the ECCCWorkforce Development Center, according to RogerWhitlock, Center director. · Harris previously served as ~uman Resources Manger at La·Z·Boy Sputh in N!!W!on,where he had been empkJyed since 1988. Prior to joining the La-Z-Boy staff, Harris served as principal at Newton High School after eartierserving NHSas guidance counselor. Agraduate of Decatur High School, Harris received an associate in artsdegree from East Central JuniorCollege and earned abachelor's degree ineducational psychology at Mississippi StateUniversity in Starkville.He holdsamas· lei's degree in counseling and administration from MSU· Menaan. lie IS married to theformer Pam Reevesof Decatur,a SPeOal education teacher at Newton County High School. .,.q have three children:Kelli, Krissi, and Cole.
