BARLOW SIGNS WITH ECCC Scott Central High School standout bas– ketball player Pierre Barlow signed a national letter of Intent to c:ontlnde his athlettc career at East Central Community College. Barlow, a 6'4" guard, averaged 24.3 points, six assists and fiYe rebound for the Rebels during the 2003-04 campal&n. He was chosen most valuable player In District Six and received MVP honors In the Scott County Tournament He was also named All– District.
