JUCO All-Star hoops games set for April 10 • The state's top community and junior college basketball players will display their talents Saturday, April 1 o when the annual MACJC All-Star Basket– ball Games are held at Choctaw Central High School in Choctaw. . Trp-off for the women's game 1s set for 1 p.m. with men's action getting under way at 3 p.m. In the women's contest East Central will be represented by N.ewton's Lenore Gray, Lake's Kimyatta Viverette and Rita Bir– den on the South team. Coach– es are Brad Hodge (head) and LaCole Brooks (ass1stant) of ECCC. On the South men's team Jamaal Martin will represent' East Central while Bill Smith (head) and Kevin McGhee (assistant) of ECCC will be the coaches Sponsors lor the annuaJ All– Star games are the Pearl River Resort Mississippi Band of ~h~w Indians, Pepsi, Miss1s– Sippl Sports Medic1ne and East Central Community College.
