WINS NATIONAL HONOR - Judd Easom, Newton, sophomore at East Central Community College, displays a certificate and medals he won after placing third in the major applii\Jlce repair competition at the National Skills USA and VICA (Vocational Industrial Oubs of America) Contest held this summer in Kansas City, Missouri. Easom qualified for the national competition after winning first– place honors in the state contest. The Newton County Academy graduate is the son of John Easom of Hiclwry and The Newton High School Class of 1991 will have H's tenth year class reunion October 27th.
