White receives ECCC Board of Trustees Scholarship Shamra White (left), a 2003 graduate of Nanih Walya High School, Is this years recipi· ent of The East Central Community College Board of Trustees Scholarship provided at the College. Board members established the scholarship in 1999 to honor a district student on a rotating basis among the five support counties Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Winston. White received the award at the 2003 BeiiSouth Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria on the Decatur campus. She is pictured with Jack Winstead of Lawrence, Board of Trustees vice chairman, follow– ing the presentation.
