the newspaper business during much of the1r careers. Mrs. Lowe also served as a school librarian. Faulkner, a returning sophomore at ECCC, received the award at the 2003 BellSoutb Scholarship Appreciation Luncheon held in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria on the Decatur campus.
