ECCC Phi Theta Kappa Inductees - These East Central Community CoJ1ege students from Newton County were among 96 scholars tapped for membership into Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college, during the spring 2003 induction ceremony held in Huff Auditorium on the Decatur campus.
