EC soccerWarriors fall 2-1 to MCC East Central Community

The Soccer Warriors travel tQ Jones County Junior College for a 2 p.m. match on Tuesday, September 30 m Elhsville, and will challenge East Mississippi Commumty College at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 4, on the Decatur campus. College's soccer team dropped a 2-1 decis1on to Meridian Community College Sunday afternoon on the Decatur campus. Andrew Culpepper and Benton Dufour scored for MCC and John Theobald, a sophomore for– \\ard from Vicksburg St. Aloysius made the lone goal for the Soccer \\ arnors. East Central missed a penalty kick in between the MCC goals that would ~ve tied the con– test. MCC improved to 8-0-0 and 4-0-1 in division action, while East Central fell to 4-7 and 1-4.
