DECATUR - For the 19th consecutive year, a record number of SIUdcnts io; attendmg East Central Community College in Dccatm. where enrollment nears the 2.700 marl- for the 2003 fall term. Donna Lui-c. director of admissions. records and research, said 2.698 students are officially enrolled at the two-year college, ''h1ch reprcsentl> a 7.7 percent increase (or 195 students) compared to the 2002 fall tenn, when a then-record 2,503 students registered for classes on the Decatur campus and at various locations throughout the College· five-county district.
