East Central swept the sea- son series with MCC, having earlier defeated the Eagles 90-83 on the Meridian campus. ln the women's contest, EC's Lady Warriors cruised past the MCC women by a 70-52 margin. Sophomore Tame)cja Foley of Newton County had 23 points to pace the Lady Warriors, who improved to 13-8 overall and 7-4 in the division under second-year head coach Brad Hodge.
