Kristin Rice of Newton was recently selected a member of the East Central Commu– nity College Warrior Corps, a select group of stu– dents who assist in recruit– ing and serve as hosts for various campus e\ ents and activities. Academic coun– selor Michael Alexander serves as advisor. A gradu– ate of Nen"lon County Academy, Rice was se– lected Homeooming Queen and 1\.fiss 'CA. She served as secretary for FBLA and for the Honor Society. The freshman pharmacy major is the daughter of Brian and Korby Mann and Ken Rice, of Ne~ton.

Jake Alexander of Little Rock was recently selected a member of the East Cen– .tral , Community College Warrior Corps, a select group of students who assist in recruiting and serve as hosts for various campus events and activities. Aca– demic counselor Michael Alexander serves as advi– sor. Alexander is a gradu– ate of Newton County Academy where he was a member of the baseball and basketball teams, the Fel– lowship of Christian Ath– letes and Future Farmers of America. He is a freshman liberal arts major and is the son of Michael and Amy Alexander and Wynne Al– exander, all of Little Rock.
