Stowers, Moncrief Join ECCC Board

Annie of Harperville and Scott County Su– perintendent ofEducationBingham Moncrief (right) of Morton were recentlywelcomed as newmembers of the East Central Community College Board ofTrustees. Stowers is employed as computer proctor for Leake County Schools. She is a graduate of Murphy High School and Mary Holmes College. She is currently pursuing a degree in computer technology from Jackson State University. Moncrief, who began serving a four-year term in January, is a graduate ofBums High School, Johes County Junior Col– lege, and William Carey College, where he earned double majors in social studies and sociology and Stowers
