LadyWarriors are undefeated in tennis action &; • Central Community College Lady Warrior posted wins at Southwest and Hinds last ~c remam undefeated for the 2000 campaign. Against Hinds, Lady Warriors who won in singles were Foley, Weeks, Haley Chance of Forest and Kristi French of Uruon. In doubles competition, winners were Chance and Foley, Weeks and Comans, and Cooper and French.

East Central, now 4-0, ousted the Lady Bears by a 6-3 margm on March 14, and registered a 7-2 victory over the Lad Eagl the previous day. Lad \-\am ~who claimed victories in singles com– pehhon agau,~t Southwest included April Foley and Bridgett Stamt r both of Newton County; Jessica Weeks and Courtney Cooper, both of Forest; and Kasey Comans of i\:e\\ ton County Academy. Weeks and Comans also teamed to win their doubles match. In m1m·s action, the Warriors (1-3) fell 7-2 to the host Bears. Tim Cager of Union won his singles match, and teamed w1th josh McNiel of Louisville to capture a dou– bles v1ctory

The Warriors again dropped a 7-2 decision against Hinds, with Cager the lone victors singles. Cager and Thomas Ford of Tuscaloosa. Ala. teamed to win their doubles match. East Central hosts Hinds on March 20 and travels to Jones and Gulf Coast on March 23. The Warriors and Lady Warriors return to campus for a 1 p.m. matchup with Copiah-Lincoln on Monday, March 27, and travel to MUW on Tuesday, March 28 for competition with Itawamba.
